CHALLENGES

• Transporting a large number of instruments (300 kg), which had to be handled with great care as they were fragile and valuable.
• Providing continuous support to the orchestra and remaining available at all times whenever they needed access to their instruments.
• Providing logistical support for any last-minute changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Handling large instruments, including bass drums, timpani, harps and vibraphones.
